The compendium comprises of six sections, i.e., International Instruments, National Laws, Redressal/Remedy, Case laws and Good Practices. Each section shall analyse the relevant information present on the topic and will assess its importance to the individual victims of human rights violations. These sections will rely on authentic sources such as- laws, decided cases, state practice, customary principles etc, to prepare an overall analysis of each section. However, the language of compendium is not stuck to the legal vocabularies but is inclusive of independent opinions and remarks on those authentic sources.
